Corporate Social Responsibility
At Aaron and Partners, we believe it’s important to have a positive impact on society, not only by contributing to the communities in which we work and live, but also by taking a responsible, long-term approach to looking after our people, our clients, our suppliers and our environment.
Many of our staff are involved in business and community initiatives around Cheshire, Shropshire, North Wales and across the North West. These include:
Charity trusteeships
Many of our partners are trustees at a wide range of charities and organisations, giving up their time to help them meet their objectives. Organisations include the Chester Civic Trust, Claire House Children’s Hospice and MAG.
Sponsorship of the arts
We have a long legacy of supporting art events across Cheshire, Shropshire and North Wales sponsoring events such as The North Wales Art Open, also hosted by Clwyd Theatr Cymru. A number of our people volunteer with North Wales’ based arts organisations. Our involvement ranges from mentoring of individual art staff, to Board placements. Organisations we ‘ve been involved with include Mostyn Gallery, The Scala, Bodelwyddan Castle and Venue Cymru.
Business organisations
We are actively involved with business groups across the region, both general business organisations and sector specific groups. These include local chambers of commerce, Chester Business Club, Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Institute of Directors.
General fundraising
The firm also supports a variety of other good causes. We regularly help to raise money for projects through firm-wide fundraising, as well as by supporting staff, clients and suppliers with their own fundraising efforts.
