Recruitment is on the up. Keep your profits going the same way!
12th July, 2013
KPMG has reported that June 2013 saw a high increase in the number of workers being offered permanent positions in the North of England.
Across the United Kingdom, individuals being appointed on a permanent basis expanded at the quickest rate in the last two years. This was the quickest expansion in six months and the second fastest growth in a region, just behind the South of England. This data signals an improvement in the United Kingdom’s economy. KPMG’s northern chairman has commented, “Confidence is suggested by latest figures, with employers stepping up their search for staff and even beginning to increase the salaries they offer to new employers”.
Whilst recruiting is positive, you must ensure that your business is protected from potential employment law issues and claims from employees. Whether you are an SME or a larger organisation, keeping both up to date and legally compliant with the ever-changing world of employment law is time consuming and complex. This is where the employment team at Aaron & Partners can help, with a dedicated partner for fixed price employment law support in the form of HR Absolute.
Through HR Absolute you are afforded unlimited use of practical and commercially-focused legal advice and guidance from fully qualified solicitors at one of the North West’s leading commercial law firms. The employment team looks to assist companies with continued expansion through keeping profits in your business rather than letting your money be spent on defending claims against you in the Employment Tribunal.
HR Absolute can be charged as an annual retainer or on a pay monthly basis, and unlike most providers who tie you in for 3 or 5 years, you will be tied in for just 12 months. Prices start from as little as £295 plus VAT per month and premiums will be determined by your turnover, industry sector, employment record and staff numbers.
In order to obtain some non-obligation fixed fee quotes for this package, please contact Helen Watson on 01244 405565 or send an email to [email protected].
