What you will be doing
You will support a range of legal cashiering and accounts activities, including:
- Supporting daily legal cashiering tasks, ensuring compliance and accuracy across transactions
- Providing holiday cover for the cashiering team to maintain continuity
- Processing purchase ledger invoices, including input, coding, scanning and reconciliation
- Preparing weekly payment runs and liaising with suppliers where required
- Managing expense processing and company credit card transactions
- Assisting with a variety of ad hoc accounts duties to support the wider team

You will:
- Have experience or exposure to legal cashiering or finance support
- Demonstrate strong numeracy skills and a high level of accuracy
- Be proactive and able to work independently while remaining collaborative
- Be professional and confident when dealing with internal and external contacts
- Have excellent communication skills and a clear, organised approach
- Be confident using IT systems, including Excel
