What you will be doing
You will advise on a broad range of private client matters, including:
- Drafting complex wills and advising on estate planning
- Inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning
- Trust creation, structuring and ongoing management
- Estate administration, including high-value and complex estates
- Advising on asset protection and wealth preservation strategies
You will work directly with clients, many of whom have sophisticated personal and business interests, requiring clear, considered and commercially aware advice.

About you
We are looking for a technically strong and commercially aware solicitor who is confident working with high-net-worth clients.
You will:
- Be STEP qualified
- Have experience in wills, trusts, probate and estate administration
- Be confident advising on inheritance tax planning, asset protection and capital taxes
- Be comfortable managing complex matters and working to deadlines
- Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
- Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
You will also be someone who takes a proactive approach and is comfortable building relationships with clients and professional contacts.

Recognised in both The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners, our Wills, Trusts & Tax team specialises in protecting the assets and wealth of high-net-worth individuals through inheritance and capital gains tax planning, the creation and management of trusts and by the preparation of tax efficient wills.
You’ll be part of a high-performing team that works collaboratively and takes pride in delivering clear, thoughtful advice on complex personal matters.
