Advise high-net-worth clients. Work directly with partners. Build a long-term career with balance.

The opportunity

As a STEP qualified Solicitor in our Wills, Trusts & Tax team, based in Shrewsbury, you will advise high-net-worth individuals and families on complex, high-value matters, often involving significant assets, long-term planning, and sensitive personal considerations.

You will work directly with partners and senior colleagues, gaining early exposure to sophisticated work and building trusted relationships with clients whose affairs demand careful, considered advice.

This is a role for someone who wants to deepen their expertise in private client work, handling complex estates, tax planning and trust structures, while building a long-term career in a firm that takes a more balanced and sustainable approach to workload.

You will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload, alongside the support and access needed to continue developing as a trusted adviser.
