Aaron & Partners Event Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all attendees ("Participants") at events hosted by Aaron & Partners LLP ("we", "us", "our"). By registering for or attending an event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Event Registration
1.1 Registration entitles you to attend the specified event, subject to availability and our confirmation.
1.2 You must provide accurate registration details and update us of any changes at least seven days prior to the event.
1.3 If you register on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these Terms.
1.4 Substitutions are permitted up to three business days before the event.
1.5 All Participants must be at least 18 years old unless stated otherwise on the event listing or invitation.
2. Event Attendance
2.1 You must comply with venue rules and any reasonable instructions issued by us or the venue.
2.2 Event passes and/or name badges must be worn at all times and are non-transferable.
2.3 We may photograph or film events. By attending, you consent to your likeness being used in future promotional materials unless you notify us in advance.
2.4 You must behave professionally and respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any Participant at our discretion.
2.5 You must read and adhere to our Prevention of Sexual Harassment Policy
3. Fees and Payment
3.1 Any applicable fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.
3.2 Fees are exclusive of VAT. All payments must be made without set-off or deduction.
3.3 Refunds for cancellations are available up to 28 days before the event. No refunds are issued for cancellations after this date.
3.4 If we cancel or reschedule the event, you may request a full refund.
4. Liability
4.1 Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
4.2 We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred due to changes or cancellations.
4.3 You attend at your own risk. We do not provide insurance for Participants.
5. Data Protection
5.1 We will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice, available at https://www.aaronandpartners.com/privacy-policy.
5.2 Your name and organisation may appear on delegate lists. You can opt out by notifying us in writing or via email.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All materials and content provided at events are owned by us or our partners. You may use them for personal use only.
6.2 No recording, distribution or commercial use is permitted without our prior written consent.
7. General
7.1 We may amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.
7.2 These Terms are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
