These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all attendees ("Attendees") at events hosted by Aaron & Partners LLP ("we", "us", "our"). By registering for or attending an event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

1. Event Registration 

1.1 By registering, you are making a request to attend the event for which you have registered (“Event”).  Our confirmation will entitle you to do so subject to these terms.  

1.2 You must provide accurate registration details at least seven days before the Event. 

1.3 If you register on behalf of an organisation or any other person, you are confirming that you are authorised to commit that organisation or person to complying with these Terms. 

1.4 If you register any individual other than yourself as an Attendee, you will draw these Terms to that person’s attention and confirm to them that by attending the Event, they are committed to being bound by these terms. 

1.5 You must inform us in writing of any changes in details of any Attendee details at least three weekdays before the Event.  Provided we have previously agreed you may transfer your registration to another individual such as a colleague who may attend in your place. 

1.6 All Attendees must be at least 18 years old unless we have stated otherwise on the Event listing or invitation. 

2. Event Attendance 

2.1 You must comply with all rules and instructions issued by us or the proprietors of the venue at which the Event is taking place. 

2.2 During the Event you must wear passes and/or name badges at all times. 

2.3 We may photograph or film all Events.  Unless you have notified us to the contrary before the Event, by attending, you are agreeing that we may use images of you that we may capture at the Event in future promotional and other materials. 

2.4 We may refuse entry to or remove any Attendee who: 

2.4.1 breaches these terms and conditions; 

2.4.2 behaves in a manner which we consider to be disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate; 

2.4.3 fails to comply with health and safety or security requirements 

Our decision whether to refuse entry to or remove an Attendee will be in our sole discretion. 

2.5 You must read and adhere to our Prevention of Sexual Harassment Policy 

3. Fees and Payment 

3.1 Any applicable fees must be paid in full at the time of registration as a precondition to entry to the Event. 

3.2 Fees are non-refundable, unless expressly stated otherwise, (and save as provided in paragraph 4).

4. Cancellation and rearrangement of Events 

4.1 We reserve the right to cancel or rearrange the Event in our discretion or due to weather conditions, venue unavailability and other circumstances outside our reasonable control). 

4.2 If we cancel an Event, you may request a full refund. If an Event is rescheduled, your registration will automatically be transferred to the new date. Should you be unable to attend on the rescheduled date, you may request a refund of the fees paid, provided you inform us in writing within 2 weeks of our advising you of the new date.  

4.3 We will not be responsible for any other costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of cancellation or rescheduling.   

5. Liability 

5.1 Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. 

5.2 Subject only to paragraph 5.1 above, we are not responsible for the loss of, or damage to, personal property brought to an Event.  

5.3 We do not provide insurance for Attendees. Attendees are responsible for making their own arrangements should they wish to be insured.  

5.4 We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third party providers.  

6. Events involving Sport or physical activity - Acknowledgment of Risk 

6.1 Whilst we use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that, so far as practicable safety precautions are in place, Attendees acknowledge that attending and taking part in physical, sporting and various other activities may inherently carry increased risks of injury.  By registering for an Event of that kind, Attendees accept those risks and recognise that we cannot be responsible for them 

6.2 Any information provided at an Event is for general purposes only.  It does not constitute legal advice. It cannot be relied upon or applied to specific circumstances in relation to which specific advice should be taken. 

7. Data Protection 

7.1 We will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice, available at https://www.aaronandpartners.com/privacy-policy. 

7.2 We should like to include your name and organisation on the Event delegate lists, which may be shared with other attendees. Please indicate your consent by ticking the box that appears on the registration form on our chosen ticketing platform e.g. Ticket Tailor. If you do not provide consent, your details will not be included.  

8. Intellectual Property 

8.1 We and our third party providers will retain ownership of all materials, logos, photographs, recordings and promotional content (“Event Materials”) created by or on our behalf in connection with all events we organise.   You will, therefore, not obtain any ownership rights in any Event Materials.  However, you may use them for own personal purposes but not otherwise.  You must not in any circumstances copy or distribute Event Materials or otherwise share them with any third party. 

8.2 You must not make or permit to be made any recording, without our prior written consent. 

9. General 

9.1 We may amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will be available on our website. 

9.2 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
