Background and Expertise
Andrew qualified as a Solicitor in 2017 at a firm in the Wirral, having completed his legal studies at Manchester Metropolitan University. He spent several years as Head of Property at a Birkenhead-based firm, before joining Aaron & Partners in May 2025 as a Senior Associate Solicitor in our Real Estate team.
Andrew’s expertise covers all aspects of residential and commercial real estate law. He is adept at advising on matters including sales and purchases, commercial leases and rights of way, with significant experience acting on high-value sales, buy-to-let refinancing matters, and the preparation and negotiation of deeds of easement.
He acts for a broad client base including property developers, private individuals, landlords and SMEs.
