Barry is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial team, currently based in our Altrincham office.
Background and Expertise
Having qualified as a Solicitor in 2011 at a firm in Staffordshire, Barry worked at firms based in Bristol, Liverpool and Manchester before joining Aaron and Partners in March 2026.
Barry has vast experience in corporate transactional matters, acting for private companies, owner-managed businesses, larger corporates, family companies, start-ups, shareholders and management teams across the UK.
Barry’s practice includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, business disposals, equity investments, shareholders’ agreements and joint ventures. He also advises on family investment companies, corporate governance, general company law matters and shareholder re-organisations.
Barry takes a collaborative and practical approach, working closely with clients to build strong relationships and ensure matters progress efficiently from start to finish. His focus is on delivering clear, balanced and cost-effective advice, helping clients achieve their objectives as smoothly and quickly as possible.
