Biography
John is a longstanding partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation team having qualified as a solicitor in 1990 and joined Aaron and Partners in 1997.
He has extensive experience of a whole array of contractual and tortious claims on a national and international basis ranging from multi-million pound claims against overseas states to the more modest in value, but nonetheless interesting, property, land, professional negligence and company/partnership disputes that clients are presented with. No two cases are the same and John is able to take them all in his stride.
John is described by clients as “a first rate litigator” and is recognised by the Legal 500 as a “Leading Individual”. He comes highly recommended due to his commercial but pragmatic approach to problem solving and achieving the results that clients want at a cost that is clearly explained upfront. A great believer in legal risk management, John helps clients to minimise their risk of legal disputes and has lectured on the topic.
John acts on a voluntary basis as a director and trustee of The Hammond School, a privately run co-educational school specialising in dance and musical theatre.
