Biography
Katie is an Associate Solicitor within our Family Law team. She expertly advises and supports clients in all aspects of relationship breakdowns, including divorce, separation, financial matters, arrangements for children and protection orders. Katie also advises and assist clients with wealth protection agreements such as Pre- and Post-Nuptial Agreements and Cohabitation Agreements.
Background
Katie completed her Undergraduate degree at the University of Liverpool before undertaking the GDL at BPP and the LPC at the University of Law, achieving a Distinction. She joined Aaron & Partners in 2015 as a Paralegal, going on to complete her training contract with the firm and qualifying as a Solicitor in December 2018. Katie was promoted to Associate Solicitor in 2022.
Before qualifying, Katie gained valuable legal experience in Shropshire and in Perth, Australia.

Katie advises on complex and often high-net-worth family law matters, including cases involving businesses, trusts, pensions, and novel or unusual issues. Katie also regularly advises on private children arrangements and acts for clients within Children Act Proceedings. She is known for her strategic approach, professionalism, and responsiveness. Katie combines empathy and care with clear, pragmatic advice, ensuring that clients feel supported while securing the best possible outcome for their circumstances.
Katie is a member of Resolution, demonstrating her commitment to constructive and sensitive resolution of family disputes.
