Biography
Jenny is a solicitor in our Corporate & Commercial team in Chester.
She qualified as a solicitor in 2016 and advises clients on a variety of corporate matters including business/company acquisitions and disposals and company reorganisations.
In addition, Jenny has experience in drafting shareholders’ agreements, partnership agreements and investment documents.
She also advises clients on their obligations under GDPR and on a broad range of commercial matters including supply terms and conditions.
In her spare time, Jenny enjoys a variety of activities including keeping fit, going to the cinema and socialising with friends and family.
