Biography

Michael joined Aaron & Partners in August 2018 as a newly qualified Employment solicitor, and has developed his practice in all areas of employment law.

Michael graduated from Oxford University with an undergraduate degree in English Literature in 2001 and thereafter pursued a career as a professional actor. After a change of career, he achieved a distinction on the LPC from the College of Law.

Michael now provides practical and commercial advice on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including Employment Tribunal claims, TUPE transfers, individual and collective redundancies and employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements.

Michael has experience in providing practical and concise advice to a wide range of clients from insurers to HR managers and Managing Directors to employees. He has worked with clients in several sectors, including Transport and Logistics, Education, Healthcare and NHS and Professional Recruitment.

Michael doesn’t have much spare time, as he is a full-time father of three girls, though he is also a charitable trustee of Action Transport Theatre in Ellesmere Port.
