Background and Expertise

Rowena began her legal career in 2006, when she joined Aaron & Partners as a Paralegal. In 2009, she qualified as a solicitor and has since gone on to be promoted to Partner level within the Wills, Trusts & Tax team.

Rowena specialises in non-contentious matters, and is highly adept at handling applications to the Court of Protection, where she assists in appointing Deputies for individuals who lack the mental capacity to manage their financial affairs. Her expertise extends to both contentious and non-contentious applications for statutory wills and gifts, and she also provides valuable guidance on objecting to such applications.

Rowena is a skilled advisor in nursing fee planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), will preparation, trust establishment, and tax-efficient asset distribution.
