Stuart studied at Christ’s College, Cambridge and The College of Law, Chester, before training and qualifying as a solicitor at a national law firm in Manchester. He also holds an MBA in entrepreneurship from Manchester Business School.
Stuart has experience in all aspects of corporate and commercial law. His specialist areas are corporate finance transactions (including company acquisitions and disposals and venture capital investment) and corporate reorganisations and restructuring.
He also advises on share option and incentive schemes and has particular expertise in the technology, renewable energy and care sectors.
We were working to a very tight deadline with COVID restrictions in place and we were aware of the potential difficulties of dealing with a different legal system and a different time zone. However, Stuart was able to take complete control of the proceedings for us. He had a no nonsense professional approach working tirelessly along with Zoe Lloyd and Hannah Fynn from his team.
This was a high pressure cross border deal to be completed in a short timeframe and the Aaron and Partners team performed admirably. All our transactions were completed in just over two months which I was delighted with. I am look forward to working with everyone again soon!
I have had a long and successful business relationship with Stuart Scott-Goldstone and Aaron & Partners ever since he incorporated the company for us back in 2007. When it came to selling the business some years later, Stuart was the obvious choice to assist us. He knew our business very well and we trusted that he would guide us through the sale process seamlessly. We had great confidence in his skills and knowledge and we believed that the sale would complete successfully as a result of our partnership, which it did!
I have always considered Stuart to be a completely “safe pair of hands” when it comes to legal advice and have been very assured by his work. He is the epitome of professionalism and I cannot recommend him highly enough. I would not hesitate to work with again in the future.
