About Trish Randles
Trish deals with all aspects of commercial property, including freehold sales and purchases, large substation leases, easements and land registration. Her particular area of specialism is landlord and tenant matters. She acts for both landlords and tenants doing both transactional and management related work. Her client base ranges from small family-owned businesses to PLCs.
Trish grew up in Shropshire and now divides her time between our Chester and Shrewsbury offices to meet the needs of her client base.
Trish always provides clear, concise and more importantly commercial advice on all matters she has advised us on. She is prompt in producing the required documentation and is proactive in her approach, often highlighting things to consider which aren’t necessarily part of her legal retainer. As far as property lawyers go, Trish is certainly one of, if not the best we have come across and we would have no hesitation in recommending her.
I have worked with Aaron and Partners for three years mostly through Trish Randles. I find she is very approachable and incredibly accessible.
