Aaron & Partners has new Finance Director

We are pleased to announced the arrival of Steve Marsh as our new Finance Director, taking over from David Gerrard who will retire in early 2015 after 23 years with the firm.
Steve has gained over 20 years’ experience in a variety of industry sectors and joins from Crystal Legal Services, a claims management company based in Crewe. Originally from the south coast, Steve now lives in Bunbury, nr Nantwich.
Steve says of his appointment: “I am delighted to join Aaron & Partners at such an exciting time. The firm has had strong growth and excellent financial performance in recent years, particularly following the opening of the Shrewsbury office and a number of senior appointments in Chester.
“The business is in great shape, but we can’t afford to rest on our laurels. With the legal sector going through a period of great change we need to make sure we are constantly adapting and improving how we operate to meet client needs and expectations.”
Andy Duxbury, Chief Executive of Aaron & Partners, continued: “Steve brings with him a wealth of finance and operations experience. He will contribute to the firm at a strategic level and will lead on a number of key projects to improve the operational efficiency of the firm. Steve will work with Practice Area Heads to identify the opportunities to serve our clients better.”
