About the role
We are seeking a Family Partner to join our highly regarded Family team based in Altrincham office and Shrewsbury office.
You will have extensive experience in family law and a proven track record of advising high net worth clients on family law matters, including divorce, child arrangement (including relocation), financial settlements and cohabitation disputes.
This is also an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to Agricultural Family matters, as well as high net-worth financial clients.
This is a senior position for an experienced and commercially minded lawyer who combines technical excellence with outstanding client relationship skills and leadership capability.
You will be confident managing your own portfolio of complex matters, supervising and mentoring junior colleagues, and contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the team in the Altrincham and Shrewsbury offices.
A proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships, alongside a strong business development mindset, is essential. The Firm is keen to strengthen existing and client referrer relationships and make new ones.
The role would work for someone who is already at Partner level or at a Legal Director/Senior Associate level and feels ready to take the next step up.

Hours of Work & Benefits
This position is based at our Altrincham office or Shrewsbury office on a full-time basis.
