About the Role

We are seeking a Private Client Partner to join our highly regarded Wills, Trusts & Tax team based in Shrewsbury. 

You will have extensive experience in private client law and a proven track record of advising high net worth clients on complex matters, including wills, probate, trusts, estate administration, asset protection and inheritance tax planning. 

This is a senior position for an experienced and commercially minded lawyer who combines technical excellence with outstanding client relationship skills and leadership capability. 

You will be confident managing your own portfolio of complex matters, supervising and mentoring junior colleagues, and contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the team in the Shrewsbury office. A proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships, alongside a strong business development mindset, is essential.  The Firm is keen to strengthen existing and client referrer relationships and make new ones.

Our Wills, Trusts & Tax team is ranked in both The Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners and is known for delivering first-class advice to high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. 

The team specialises in: 

  • Inheritance and capital gains tax planning 
  • The creation and management of trusts 
  • The preparation of tax-efficient wills 
  • The protection and preservation of family wealth

This position is based at our Shrewsbury office on a full-time basis.
