About the role

We are looking for someone for someone to join the firm to provide administrative support to the real estate team. 

The role will include:

  • Providing partners, solicitors and consultants with a high standard of service in the production and processing of legal documents and correspondence.
  • Carrying out various administration tasks including photocopying, filing and scanning.
    Handling email and telephone enquiries and direct accordingly.
  • Managing fee earner diaries.   
  • Opening and closing Files as required by the teams.
  • Cooperating with various internal teams including the marketing team on certain team and firm projects including on occasions assisting with marketing events.

Previous experience of working in a law firm is an advantage but not essential.  You will also need to have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT systems. 

This role is suited to a person with a pro-active and positive attitude with good communication skills and the ability to work well as a member of a team. 
Organisational skills, high levels of accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

Hours of work & Benefits

This position is a full-time position at our Shrewsbury office. Part time applications are welcomed and will be considered on a case by case basis.
