About the role

As a Legal Secretary in the Real Estate team you will need to:

  • Provide partners, solicitors and consultants with a high standard of secretarial service in the production and processing of legal documents and correspondence
  • Carry out general team administration including photocopying, filing and scanning
  • Handle telephone enquiries and direct accordingly
  • Manage fee earner diaries   

You will need to have previous experience of working in a Legal Secretary role, preferably in a Real Estate department, however Real Estate experience is not essential.  You will also need to have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. 

You will be a confident person with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as a member of a team. 
Organisational skills are essential for this role. You will have the ability to manage and prioritise your work; with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
