About the Role

You will ideally have 4 years+ PQE and be STEP qualified.

You will have experience in wills, probate, trusts and estate administration and a commercial approach in working to deadlines, file management, client care, etc.

You will have experience of advising high net worth clients – wills, inheritance tax planning, asset protection and knowledge of Capital Taxes.

You will be a confident person with excellent communication skills who is at ease when dealing with clients; ensuring that each client receives an excellent level of service.

You will have the ability to manage your workload; managing a number of complex cases at any one time. You will also have an excellent eye for detail and the desire to get things right first time. 

About the Team

Our highly regarded Wills, Trusts and Tax team has an enviable reputation and is ranked in the independent legal guide The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners. The team specialises in protecting the assets and wealth of high net worth individuals through inheritance and capital gains tax planning, the creation and management of trusts and by the preparation of tax efficient wills.

All solicitors in the team are encouraged to be involved with STEP or ACTAPS, both of which reflect the high quality and complex work that the team undertakes for its clients.
